1st time service and expectations exceeded

I took my Audi diesel for a service this previous friday (8th March) for an oil change service. I expected them to do the normal service and send me a bill at the end. I spoke to my service advisor a few days before to book it in. When I got there was greeted by reception, asked for appointment type and called my service advisor.

Had a chat about the all the various sensors and valves, he said they could clean them out if need be. So I left my car with them and went to work. Got a call about 14:30 that my car was almost done and in the wash bay. Asked about the cost and he said he would call back after working it out. Called back 10 mins later, and gave me the price. Half of what the dealers asked! He also told me they cleaned all the sensors, air filter and even replaced two pipes that were leaking. Also advised me on futher work for later.

When I went to pick the car up, I was pleasantly surprised with the perfomance and how smooth it was. It felt like a new car. Was 100 times better than before!

These guys give great service on diesel cars, and they also found and fixed faults that the dealer missed! Brilliant!
