The Curtusy car was arranged but when i went for collection I was told that the car was given to someone else. was promised that another car will be delivered at my door at 15:00 but was only delivered like two hours later. I was willing to let that go but the fact that I was given a Sh car me off. was also willing to understand. I asked for a change over (car to be changed), the arrangements were made for me to come collect the car only i had to wait for a phone call from them to let me know if I should come change the car. two weeks later, i am still stuck with the same car that I dont like driving. I can only hope that Santam takes away the contract and give it to someone else.
