I booked Classic removals to move my furniture from Hermanus Western Cape to Bathurst in the Eastern Cape.
Paid 50% deposit and recieved confirmation that they would collect on the 14/15 June which was a Friday/Saturday. I got all my belongings ready packed and out on the Stoope on the Thursday the 13th ready for collection. I rang the office on the Thursday to enquire which day it woud be collected and Jennifer Borcher said she had text the driver of my pickup and he would contact me.
Friday morning no word so i rang the office again jennefir tells me that the lorry has not reached Cape Town yet and it could be Sunday or Monday before it could be collected. She gave me the drivers number and i ring him. He says he is in Cape Town but with pick ups and drop off's he cant see himself been with me until Monday. I ring again and she tells me that if he says Monday its Monday so i told her i would get someone else just return the deposit. these people refuse to return the deposit even though they failed to turn up when they were supposed to. The person who did the move says this is typical of them and im not the first
Take my advice anyone thinking of using these people DONT!!!
