Informed Classic Removals of ID requirement for entry into the estate, the Classic Removals driver came with a 1 guy and another one who did'nt have the right documents so was not allowed in the Estate. He phoned me at 7:25 and said he will arrive in an hour. I left home at 9:08 and he wasn't there. Then over the phone he said he is alone as the 2 guys he was with weren't allowed in, but he will make a plan. I believe he as he had someone with him. Is his plan leaving the bedframe in the passage and I cannot access my study? This is totally unacceptable after waiting since last week Thursday for this delivery. They are all a bunch of liars as since Thursday they were promising to phone to arrange for delivery without making the contact. Its only when you gave me Riaan's no's yesterday afternoon that he confirmed delivery. Even then he said he could not deliver on Thursday as you informed him late on Thursday about ID requirements. So what is the excuse today? This driver slammed the phone down my ear.
