Why is South Africa Service levels so bad? Here a reputable World Wide Company and the service is shocking. Call Centre Agent making promises, wasting people's time. Is the poor driver under enormous pressure to deliver? Is there a comms gap between Call Centre Agents and Drivers? Or does people in general just NOT care and proud about their work?
3 days of promises and still a late delivery to a private house. UPS Call Centre Agents expecting me to wait between 8h00 - 17h00 at home for delivery. You call UPS and you do not have access to Supervisors, Managers or Directors. Is UPS RSA proud to be associated with World Wide UPS status? Clearly not.
