Worst service ever received, no client services

A New Kia was bought and contract signed when Kia decided to gave less for trade in as contracted, The contract was cancelled and the Kia was given back to dealer (Middle May).
Till date the Kia bought in Meadowdale is still registered in our name and a new disc can not be issued as license fees are outstanding. A few mails were received from Michelle Rautenbach with confirmation that it will be finalised today by 11h00 (19/6) and yet its not done. It's almost 6 week and no feedback from Michelle nor Brendon or Gavin Edwards
Mails were send to Kia H/O att Brenden (customer complains) he didn't't even bother to reply
H/O were phone - Augestine promise to give feedback within half an hour still no feedback 2 hours later
we Will never recommend Kia Meadowdale to anybody for a new or used car.
No phone calls were answered or replied by either of them
proof of all mails send to Michelle Rautenbach, Brendon, Gavin Edwards and their attorney are available
