Hello, I paid Tracy (balloon saloon and extreme decor) in full 3 weeks prior to my babyshower, I have had telephonic conversations with her as well as everything on email. On the actual date of the ecent she had failed to pitch! She had not answered my calls or replied to my msessages or email. Ever since that day I have been trying to get my refund, she has been making false promises to refund me via eft but to date nothing. She is extremeky unreliable and a rogue!
