My car was booked for a night service at Barloworld Toyota Kuilsriver. Upon my arrival there was no manager to greet me at my car. I had to get out of my car and go into the office, where 4 people sat. I was told to wait for the one that was busy on the phone while the others were just sitting there chatting. The person who booked my car in, was sloppy and had no urgency. I waited for my car. Not once was I offer something to drink (but this manager made coffee for him and another client who was also waiting. He never once during the two hours checked up on my car or kepr me informed. Only when I enquired he called someone to go and check. When I got my car he did not even get out of the office. I only asked him to check the plastic cover that was loose underneath the car. When I got home I saw they never repaired it. Shocking service I will never go back and also advise people not to make use of their service..
