I had been using a rented vehicle from 29/04/2013 and recently had mechanical problems with it. when i returned the vehicle to budget sandton Miss Malema welcomed me warmly and made sure that i recieved a vehicle that im comfortable with. she made sure that the change happened as quick as possible as i had meetings to attend. my day was not disrupted like i expected and for that i thank you Miss Malema.
