I would like someone from Ray Levin's office to call me.
My brother bought a car at Kia Stellenbosch. He then had some issues with the brakes and took it back a week later, today. We were given a courtesy car. We went for a drive in this car and was stopped at a road block. The traffic cop gave us a R500 fine for something about the number plates and the licence disk of the car. I tried calling the agent who sold the car, he didn't answer. So I sent an sms to say we got a fine for something abt the plates and we not impressed. This Stiaan guy sends a message back with the most rudest tone telling me that I must use my common sense and they won't pay for a fine... he said its our fault for that happening and the fact that we got the car was a favour not a must so we must be grateful we got one in the first place. He also told me that he is no responsible for every problem people have.
I want to send this message to the ceo so he can see how customers are treated at Kia Stellenbosch. Its the worst experience I ever had and also we not paying one cent for this fine,
I expect to hear from Kia very soon, and not customer service but someone from the ceo's office.
