Renaldo from Volvo at Tom Campher in Auckland Park was absolutely brilliant.
My Volvo s40 engine had to be replaced and apart from that I had problems with the warranty company.
If it was not for Renaldo negotiating with the warranties company I would have got a lot less out to replace the motor. Apart from that and more importantly he found a replacement motor for me at a fraction of what it would have cost. He also insured that the new engine ran faultless and when I took delivery, all the paperwork had been done and I received my "new" car in a spotless condition. What I thought would be a long and tedious journey turned out to be a seamless and most pleasant experience I wish all service providers could be as professional as Renaldo and his team at Tom Campher. Well done and thank you. I drove home tonight in my "new" car and it was great.. Thanks again guys, if anyone out there wants a Volvo or needs help with their Volvo, these are for sure the "go to guys". If this sounds like a plug for them, well it is, they are good.
