Shocking service/feedback from Renault Centurion

It's difficult to know where to start with this comedy of errors but i will keep it as short as possible. Bottom line is I was sent a quote to have various things on my car repaired as well as a service and recived a quote which i accepted. On collection of my vehicle the bill was almost double and it transpired that they had sent me the wrong quote, that it was somebody else's quote. Obviously i had to pay to collect my car and the battle i have had to get a refund has been beyond words! I paid R 9000 for a basic service. They said my aircon was fixed, not! it went back 3 times and eventually paid another R1800 to have it repaired elsewhere. I then after Many Many complaints, calls and e-mails received a R2100 refund. I replied that this is not enough and that i would like a report on what was done to my car to warrant the amount as i do believe it was only a standard 150 000 service which was completed. I have had a call and an e-mail from the service manager or dealer principle (when i shout loud enough) saying its ready... accountants off... will call tomorrow. Last week teh dealer principle e-mailed to say he was actioning straight away (last week Wednesday) still waiting!
