I want to buy a clio4 dynamique, I test drove the car on the 18th May. I then chatted to the sales person at Renault Bryanston over the phone and requested a quote on the 21st may. However at the time the dealer's internet was down so the sales person couldn't send me the forms however promised to do so as soon as the internet came back up. I didn't receive anything so I called the sales person the next day, I was then informed the internet had just come up I then only received the quote on the 23 May. I also received the finance app the same day. I completed the finance forms and submitted on the 23rd. I then once again had difficulties trying to get hold of the finance department around my application. I had to then constantly follow up with the dealer trying to find out whats going on. Its now the 11 June and the deal is still not finalised after my last conversation with one of the other sales reps who said he would send me the OTP after our conversation on Friday so we could finalise the deal and order the car...
