I bought an Isuzu 4x4 car in December 2012 for R39990 that car had a problem since we bought it, it can move up to a certain Km and stop anytime or it just cut then it will move again after some time. We thought we can fix it but we have been spending money since up until now. l phoned Carl from Right Cars and explained the problem to him he said we can return the car so that they can check it. Today (04-06-2013) l phoned to make an appointment he said there is no way that we can return and they will never give us our money back.By the time we bought the car l thought they had good service instead now they told me its up to me what to do with the car. l wanted to buy another car from the same garage, l will never do that because they fighted with me. We could not take the car back because it was not going to reach the place so we were trying to fix it so that it can move at least to their garage. All in all they have very bad, and they must bring my money back. You cannot talk to your clients like that l don't have a bussiness but l know customer is always alright as a dealer you must make sure your client is satisfied so that they can come back in future.
