A booking was made on my behalf by my insurance company. Europcar called my wife, stating that we could pick up the car Monday 3/06 at 13h00.when I got there they phoned there PE office whioch said the booking was changed for a day later. They gave me the car after after I told them I don't have transport back home. An hour later they phoned me and said I had to pay for a extra day which the insurance wont cover. Now they want me to phone the insurance and sort it out. SORRY guys... I picked up the car on the time that your people told me... the payment are not my problem! And if you insist... I do have a good lawyer.
