I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Russell Naude for the best service I have ever experienced in this country. On the 3rd of June at around 11:30 I called Hyundai Airport and spoke to Russell to enquire about purchasing a new i20. Within the hour he arrived at my work so I could test drive the car. After the test drive I decided that I wanted to purchase the car. I arrived at Hyundai Airport with all the required paperwork at 14:30. Russell helped me to fill in the doc's required and explained the whole deal fully. I then returned back to work at 15:30 and within 20 minutes he called to say that my finance was approved. The best part however is that my car was ready and waiting for me to collect the following day less then 24 hours after I had the test drive! I even received a call from Russell this morning to ask how I enjoyed my new car. So once again a big thank you to Russell for the excellent, friendly, on the ball service. If Russell isn't running that place in a few years I will be really surprised. Also a special thank you to Elsaby the FNI lady for making time to see us so quickly even though you were so busy already. Oh, and I love my new car! Best buy ever!
