BPSA NOT KEEPING WITHIN THE RULES OF THE CPA?

BPSA have a horrible habit of Debiting my account for close to 1/2 million rand without producing an invoice
before this is done.
I have told BPSA 6 times now that I expect an invoice before debit of my account to allow me to c heck the invoice is correct and to transfer funds from my money Market to my cheque account.
My requests have fallen on deaf ears, as BPSA thinks they are above the law and can do as and What they Please.
I think they really need to be Audited and made to be CPA compliant Just like they try so hard to make sure we are HSES Compliant amongst other demands.
