I took my car in the monday morning for a quotation.
They contacted me and gave me the quote. I told them I would bring the car back in on Wednesday.
By the time I went to fetch the car on monday they had already ordered my parts and had them available.
On wednesday I left my car there. When I went to collect my car on wednesday I was surprised to see that the quote was less (utter surprise) than originally quoted because Nico had checked and he said that one of the parts he initially quoted me for was not necessary to replace. The one I had still worked fine.
In my experience I have never seen a place that looks after your interests and not try to rip you off.
Besides that they are incredibly friendly and good natured, the receptionist always has a smile on her face and the all round experience was just such a pleasant one that I wanted to commend their service and recommend that anyone can take their car to them anyday.
