What's this service Kia provide? A/service

On Sunday (5/5/2013) I dropped Kia Rio Tec off @ Kia Centurion (Lazurus Motors) after the car wouldn't take off after putting it into gear. I filled all the required documents for dropping the car off, I also booked it for service since it was due for the 30k/12 month iteration. I called Kia Centurion the following Tuesday after not receiving any feedback from anyone and they told me they could not tell me what the problem was with the car. The lady at reception promised she'd call me as soon as the technicians diagnose what the problems is/was.
Left carless and no one letting me know what the problem is, I went to Kia personally since they are not providing me with feedback. I get there and only then do they tell me that there is a problem witht he g/box after phoning Stefnie. They are telling me the process will take up until the end of the month while I'm left carless. How about you provide me with a car so that I may be able to get around, Kia? You take your goddamned time to just diagnose a silly g/box. If those are the standard, imagine how long I'd have to wait up until my g/box has been fixed. You guys really have great cars buy you have some serious after service!
