BAD SERVICE / CUSTOMER SERVICE

I saw a car advertised on Gumtree. I contacted Zaheer at Renault to see if it was still available. It was. I said my husband would come and view it. I arranged that my husband would leave immediately to view the car. A few minutes later Zaheer phoned to ask when my husband would be coming. I told him he was on his way - which he was.
My husband phoned me from Renault to say he had test driven the car and it was amazing and I should take time off work to take the car for a drive too. He informed Zaheer I would be there at 1pm. He also advised Zaheer that this would be a CASH PURCHASE.
I left work early, and got to Renault just after 12 noon. I was pointed in Zaheer's office's direction - only to find it empty. I asked a gentleman if he knew where Zaheer was, only to be told "no" he did not. I then produced the advert and asked him if he knew the car advertised. He said he did. I asked him to please show me the car. He took me through to the showroom and produced the advert to another gentleman, who proceeded to tell me the car was sold, and that Zaheer was at the bank finalising the deal.
I was never called, apologised to, or informed that it was sold. BAD SERVICE.
