Kia wonderwaters service complaint

My husband bought me a kia picanto as a wedding gift in may last year, i had no idea and it was a surprise. Firstly they told my husband he could take me there to collect my gift that was a surprise, they failed to contact my husband and say that we could only get the car the next week. So we showed up and my hole surprise was spoilt the following week i couldn't even drive my new car out myself, this was the first time i received a new car in my life, this was such a disappointment. My car has been giving me problems ever since first my safety belt did not work, second my passenger seat has a hole in the sponge which they told me a new car looks like that?? Then the car started to sound like the bottom of the car is loose and is going to fall apart any time and it wouldn't go into gear!!! After which they told me nothing is wrong with the car! Then my car wouldn't start one morning and i phoned them they told me its not their problem i should call road side assistance, so i did then the took the car to the workshop, and said yet again there is nothing wrong with the car, how does a brand new car with all these faults be nothing wrong with it every time, the car is still under warranty
