Went out of his way to assist me

I popped into the Grayston Postnet during my lunch hour to see if they could help me print a photo.
They had a facility where you could send the image to their printing machine via blue tooth - my blue tooth was taking FOREVER so I asked if I could email the image and then they could use their memory stick to download the image from their email and upload to their machine.

Unfortunately the USB hub connection could not be located so I told them not to worry...

I got back to me desk and to my sheer delight - found an email from Moris stating that he had found the connection and had printed the photo for me and it was ready for collection

I nearly fell off my chair - I thought excellent service in SA had died a tragic death, I am thrilled to report its alive and kicking at Postnet, Grayston, Sandton!
