Terrible Service

I was involved in an accident in May 2012, car was taken to Elro Motors Autobody Refurbishers. The person handling repairs for my car was Mr Carl Duval. He gave me a quotations of R40 000 and he said before they could start working on the car they will need 50% deposit which was paid into the account. The R20 000 was paid into Mr CJ Duval account in June 2012 which I'm only told now that it was his personal account and not the company's.
I was then advised in January this year by Michael Duval that Carl Duval no more worked for Elro motors and that they never received any payment from me therefore they will not fix my car.

On the 28th of February 2013 I received an email from Ms M H Pinto Coelho who is a Financial manager that I should deposit the balance which had since gone up to R25 000 and the repair would start of which they confirmed receipt. I received a letter from Elro that repairs would take about 15 working days. To date car is still not fixed and I received a call on 27 May 2013 that they will not fix it and I should return their courtesy car immediately. what happened to the R45 000 that I paid to Elro Motors???
