I bought a new C350 Coupe a year ago, since then it has been back SIX or SEVEN times to this dealership to get a simple rattle sorted out. The last two times more than a week at a time, to fix a rattle that I showed them exactly what en where it originates from! The last time it came back... somebody managed to break the drivers seat... to add insult to injury!... still not fixed! No one comes back to me, when I phone no one is available to answer my queries, when I do get a person on the line they promise to find out what the is going on and phone back, countless times... they never do! Mark Palmer /Dave Rivett / Saleem... the list is endless. They just don't give a about the customer once they have sold a vehicle.
I will never, ever, ever... buy a Mercedes again and I would discourage anyone who is thinking about it! Rather consider a BMW, my experience with them over many years has been a lot better than this! Disgusted!
