Bad service and false billing

I took my car in for repairs at GM The Glen on 16/4/13. I indicated that it didn't have power. I asked asked them to check out the petrol tank as well since the actuator was faulty and replace the bulbs. The quotation came at R32, 822.55. I told them I couldn't raise that amount and asked to come and collect the car. Of which the service advisor agreed to. But she said they will have to put the head back on once that is done they will give me a call. But I will have to pay R2, 685.84 for the job. Come collection day, now I'm told that my car won't start. It won't drive. Then I met with the service manager who now had to do damage control because I wasn't willing to pay them for making my car worse. Louise is so inefficient, not only that she's a as well. But then I get an invoice contra to our agreement. But he insisted that everything we agreed on was done on the car. Except for the billing oversight. They will rectify that and issue a correct invoice. Then I go to collect my car, the actuator that I was quoted on hasn't been attended to. So the "incorrect" invoice that I got was actually the genuine one. I'm really dissapointed to say the least.
