I bought a brand new Kia Koupe June 2012. At the first service, I reported three faults which I requested correction for at the first service in November 2012. I was advised that these would be processed.
In February 2013, I contacted the service department to enquire on the progress and was told that the claims were never processed. I sent them an e-mail in February 2012 with photos and they never responded. At my next service, I was advised that they would re-register my claim.
It is pathetic how my claims were treated, and still not resolved.
Our company was considering buying the KIA bakkies for our commercial use, but I am very hesitant based on the service I received.
