My vehicle were in for repairs at VDS recently. My first experience were not great with the way the booking were handled. As soon as I took the vehicle in I was assisted by Joe for the rest of the process. Joe is a tremendous valuable employee in my view for the manner in which he treats customers and his excellent communication in keeping me up to date on how things were going. He kept to his word on all aspects of our dealings.
Just the booking process needs urgent attention
