Danielle Annandale, the consultant that handled our car insurance claim had conducted the process in a professional and friendly manner. Communication and feedback were excellent and I always knew exactly how things were progressing. Within a week al the administration were taken care of and an appointment was made for repairs. In a busy schedule it is refreshing to have people that want to help you get your life back to normal. It is so much appreciated and thank you for the friendly voice on the other side and the professionalism throughout the process.
