Bought a Toyota Verso SX champaigne on 12/04/2013 cash, Natasha at Audi Braamfontein assisted me in facilitating this purchase, promised me delivery of car will be within a week however after all deemed necessary was done she informed me that the cars' air needed to be repaired and that she will be on maternity leave. Later, Eddie took over this matter, me and my wife have not been receiving any joy at all. We have been deliberately given a run around and to by Audi Braamfontein, at first he said repair will take a two weeks then that turned to three weeks then this has now turned to the 17 June 2013 but when I went there dealer was closed, I luckily met a man who works at Audi Braamfontein, outside, which personally delivered the car for repair of air, he said the repair man at Randburg asked whether he is going to wait for the car as it does not take long to repair the air, his reply was no as he has to make other stops, which means Eddie about the time it will take to repair the aircon. When my wife told Eddie we want our money back, he gave more excuses, we still want the car, not like this. It like this bad treatment/service is linked to naughtiness.
