On the 15th i received an odd invoice which i did not understand, emailed it to you guys asking whats going on but no one got back to me. I found my self not having money to recharge my Gautrain card due to the fact that you took money from my credit card without my concern. I was expecting a refund since i brought the car back on the 12 with full tank instead you charged me another money. I want my money and i want it ASAP, That was the only money i had left for January. We now ran out of electricity because of you guys. I cant get to work because of you guys. i want my money. Is this how you run your business robing money from the poor? Why did you debit another money from my account and why have you not refund my petrol deposit. Now how do you expect us to cook or even worse go to work. this is unprofessional and i want my money back now
