I have been in an accident on the 19th April 2013 and laid a claim with Outsurance relating to my incident
After taking my car for an assessment and choosing EuroCars Autobody as the approved panelbeater for the job, i was told that the turnaround time for the repair would be between 8 to 10 working days.
I expected my car to be ready for collection last week Monday (6 May 2013) as agreed and after numerous calls i only received my car on the 10th May 2013.
Upon inspection of my car, i noticed that the service was truly shoddy and not what i expected as there are numerous things that require attention in terms of my door, paintwork etc
I am absolutely livid as i have been paying a hefty premium for many years only to receive this type of service from a reputable Insurance company that have authorised the SIAS assessment for repair
It is going for 4 weeks andi have not even been accomodated with a courtesy call/car in relation to the delay with regards to the poor workmanship on my vehicle.
This is truly disappointing especially after having faith in the fact that you are approved by Outsurance as a quality panelbeate
