I can't even comment on Kia's services or feedback, because they have NONE!
I also don't understand how the Kia Rio is such a high demand car and yet they sell it to other car dealerships who still need to sell it themselves when Kia has "such a long waiting list".
I've been waiting for a Kia Rio 1.4 Tec since December last year and still no car, while other customers get satisfied with a car within a week? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?
KIA also doesn't give any feedback regarding my requests about the delay in getting me a car, I mean, if you are on several waiting lists at various branches and there is an order put in for a car, howcome I have to wait so long to get one?
I see thousands of Kia Rio's on the road daily and yet I can't be helped as they have no stock?
Kia made me believe that they just created a "Fake" market for this car!!
And yes I agree with your "slogan" - "The power to surprise", because your service surprise me every single day!
