Brand new Isuzu 2.4 LE Double Cab - new shape - 20

Vehicle was delivered without PDI. Went to City Deep and Centurion to get the PDI done (Barloworld Branches). Please remember that the new Isuzu KB is not allowed to be fitted with BF Goodrich tyres as this was the course for the PDI which was not done (words of the Service Manager from Bruma). My Isuzu got a name... Rattle Box! Took it to Menlyn Isuzu for 15000 km service. I expected to get the vehicle the same afternoon just to discover that it... starts... idles and after a few seconds cut out. I was informed that the ECU has to be replaced. Oh... but the problem remains! I was informed that a new engine harness has to ordered. The vehicle was already there for approximately 4 weeks. The harness arrived two weeks later... wrong one! Customer service was called several times without any success. A meeting was arranged with Stephen (GM) who handles after sales service. I've asked for a new deal... either a new bakkie or a reasonable settlement. GM Letter says "sorry no settlement". To get rid of Rattle Box I was offered R230 000 (I've paid R280 000 after a discount) with the following extras: canopy, rubberising, tow bar, smash and grab and BF Goodrich Tyres. Please help!
