I took my car in for service yesterday at mc carthy gezina, first of all the welcome was great, i really felt at home, secondly i had a problem with my service policy and they gave me support until the problem was sorted. i went to get my car in the afternoon and again the welcome was very very great, i was offered a drink ad Hetta explain everything that was done on my car and the staff are very friendly. she even walked me to my car to check if everything is okay. i am very great full to meet such people, cause i have experienced bad bad service twice with mc carthy Arcadia, the manager there is rude they do not know what customer service is, they believe they are doing us a favour when we bring our cars there for service.and now i am very happy, thanks guys for the good service and again i am coming back, and already starting to spread the word about. thanks again
