Excellent service received

I took my VW Touran to VW Menlyn to code my spare key. They phoned me after an hour or stating that they are struggling to code it and wanted to know if I can leave the car there for day which will enable them to debug the problem. They phoned me after lunch stating that the key is actually faulty. The also said that a brake light globe was broken which they replaced. When I fetched the car, it was cleaned inside and outside, tyres polished the works.

I wondered what my bill would be as they spent the entire day on the car, went through the coding process twice (normally R388 each time). When I received my bill, they charged me R11 - for the globe only. They did not even charge me labour for this!

I'm new to the VW world, and must be honest; I've heard terrible things of their after service. I'm pleasantly surprized and would like to Thank VW Menlyn, specifically Marcus, for their effort with my car.
