I bought a new Bashan 250 bike from Jonway in Silverton about 6 months ago. From the start the bike had electrical problems with the battery dying the first day I received it. I took the bike back and they had to modify the frame to accommodate a bigger battery. Then the bike had coil or spark plug problems and wouldn't start, again I took it in and they fixed it. This happened 4 times after that where the bike just wouldn't start and again they fixed it. I then told them if it happened again I would demand my money back and they agreed. Now the same thing happened again, and when I asked for my money back, they said no because I skipped the last service. I think they are just looking for an excuse not to refund me. It is quite obvious that there had been major electrical issues with this bike and they are now trying to get out of it on a technicality.
