I had an issue with [URL Removed] which was my fault. On this [URL Removed] attitude towards me in fixing the issue was non existent, and could only suggest spending more money on a new deal and/or loosing all the money I paid. All they offered without really wanting to listen and help me was to remind me of TOC's and that I cannot get a refund even though I could not get delivery of the service I paid for.
I feel this is, as if you cannot get delivery of what was ordered, a refund must be offered (even if it's 80% or a good portion of what was paid). All what was said to me was that any error my side costs me the entire amount paid and that the rest is my problem. No assistance, no alternative suggestions, no concern on helping me get delivery of service that I paid for was offered.
The supplier [URL Removed] uses are also tied within the TOC, so the solution came with great issues. With the greatest difficulty ever in all the history of doing business I am not impressed with the customer services, TOC and the attitude of [URL Removed] I will never use them again. It felt like that once [URL Removed] was paid, they no longer cared about me or servicing me furthe
