Ased on my experience and being big on customer service, i would vouch for the service from this dealership and to give you as a consumer a good level of comfort to let you know, it is run by a good man with good values, who keeps to his word and will try his best to satisfy you.
also bear in mind Brian is new to the team being in his position for 3 wks. yatin maharaj as well for about two months. but their knowledge of the vehicle even though limited far exceeds more experienced guys, from other dealerships, based on my expereince.
but their attitudes make up.
they keep you honest, and if they do not know anything they will tell you up front but will obtain feedback for you.
communication at the beginning to my standards was lacking but when i brought this to the table it was dealt with, fiercely.
i thank these guys for their service. furthermore i appreciated the fact that they did not treat me as just a walker by, and brushed me off as someone who was not serious about a car, as i am young chap and many may view it in that light for a pusrchase of such a car. their display convinced me this was the car when i was in the market for any car which presented value.
