Ssangyong - Left in the dark after takove

Bought: February 2011 Voortrekker Road, Belville

I've struggling now for 2 years to get oustanding parts which was listed
as faulty on day of purchase in 2011, of which all communication got
ignored by Ssangyong since June last year. With whom can I follow up on
the outstanding issues as noted by the dealership on the delivery note
from Feb 2011?

I tried to make a 40000km service booking this morning and was told by
reception of multifranchise in George that they don't do Ssangyong
anymore. The Ssanyong facebook site told me they (the new ssangyong) only
deals with vehicles bought after the takeover. On insisting to speak to
the service manager at George, he told me that they still service
Ssangyongs, but parts/spares is a huge problem. This is very concerning
to me as my vehicle is almost 2 years old, and with the purchase offer I
got in Feb 2011, the 3 year guarantee was also extended to 5 year. Is this
guarantee now also null and void because of the takeover? What about the
motorplan?

I made contact with the motor industry adjudicator, who informed me that
he can only assist me if I don't get assisted after logging this complaint
