In February 2013 we were looking to recruit a new employee. we made contact with IT Web, Before agreeing to run the advert I sent Luisa an email asking a few questions regarding demographics etc. It was confirmed that we would be inundated with applicants directly meeting our requirements. The following day it was clear that we were not receiving applicants even Geographically correct. We made contact and were assured that given a few more days we would be satisfied. Unfortunately this was not the case. We then called and requested a full credit and that the Advert be removed. We were told that this would be done. Months later after many requests for payment, promises of resolution with their legal team, back tracking, being ignored and a final threat of legal action this issue is still not resolved.
