I just went to KFC in Waterstone Village for lunch, I ordered 2 junior burgers and my partner bought 2 as well. The first burger we had was fine, the roll was fresh and lettuce was green. How ever the second burger from both our side was so stale! The lettuce is BROWN! The rolls were hard and crumbled into pieces when I picked up my burger. The chicken patty was hard so I am assuming it has been left on the warmer since yesterday. Nothing that was made a few hours ago could be so stale. I have photo's if you would like to see. We have basically just thrown that money down the drain now because my lunch break is over and I cant go all the way back to Waterstone. I am seriously disgusted at this. I am tempted to make your staff take a bite to see how it feels to get such disgusting food!
