Terrible Pita and Staff Mistake

To whom it may concern

I recently decided to purchase food from the Nando's in Sunninghill. I purchase food from this establishment more often than not, and am always extremely satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the food.

However I recently purchased a Chicken Pita and it was shocking. It appears that instead of opening the pita and placing the filling inside, the bottom had been squashed with the filling unceremoniously forced in at the top. It was disaster and rather disgusting to look at, as it was clear that the person who prepared it paid no attention to what they were doing.

Not only did the above occur, but at the same time I placed an order for the Breast, chips and a roll (R33.90) and the cashier rung the items up not as the special offering but as separate items, which wound up costing me allot more than the offer does.

These experiences is are so far removed from the usual standard, that it cannot be left unattended and cannot be tolerated by paying customers.

Disappointed, but hopeful.
