I have had so many bad experiences at the Mugg and Bean Ballito I just had to bring it to someone's attention so that hopefully they can resolve their issues. The worst incident that stands out in my mind is when I ordered a take away. The waiter, Sipho, told me that the order had come to R123 and asked how I would be paying. So I said by card. He brought the card machine and swiped my card. Once I had finished paying, I thought it was strange that I didnt even get to see the bill, so I asked him for the slip. I looked at it and it came to R122. I asked him why he had billed me an extra R10 and he halfheartedly apologised and immediately handed me my R10 back. Another incident is when they brought a glass of water with the lipstick stain from someone else still on it. They never seem to have a variety of cakes or muffins. In fact, the last time I went they only had bran muffins available. Im very disappointed as my family and I really enjoy eating at Mugg and Bean but have stopped going because of the bad service. I speak for many of my friends too. You need to get a new manager in there, and staff who care about good customer service.
