Since my last encounter with KFC i decided to go to KFC today. its sad that the attitude given towards us is not the same. when some ppl request choose their own pieces they are given. i was told that i cant tell them tht i dont want wings. then may i suggest that a notice should be written that WE the CUSTOMERS cant choose our own pieces. also peace specify wht pieces come out with wht meal. i have been given TWO WINGS and on the board there was just only 1. the rest of the pieces was WHITE MEAT. Cant say mucch about the hot chips. they should not specify that they have large and small chips if there is no difference in them. Also the attitude that you get wheen you are being served??? with the last complain tht i logged i hadd to do my own follow up and Mandla said that he will speak to the other managers when i go there but i dont think that happened as i needed to explain what happened. please respect your customers and improve on your services because write now it!!!
