Unprofessional staff!

I would hereby like to inform you on the poor service I received during our visit to the Wimpy at the Wild Coast Sun water park today.

We ordered some food from the Wimpy and wanted to do a cash payment where upon we had to wait at least 15 minutes just to pay with only one person in front of us. When we got to the front we were told that we were in the wrong row.

Having to wait 15 minutes just to pay after your sit down lunch is inconvenient enough and then when we asked why we could not pay at the cash register we received no answer.

I asked where the manager was where upon the rude cashier merely responded with the word "around". This is surely not the way you respond to a customer as it is unprofessional!

I would appreciate it if you could attend to this matter as it reflects badly on all Wimpy branches. Unfortunately I can not provide a name as the employee did not wear his name tag.
