So hubby goes to buy supper for us to eat at the beach my chicken in my salad was so hard and chewy the fork coul not even go in the chicken! I go back manage says she can only replace my salad or refund my money several minutes later she comes to me that I would have to wait 7 minutes for fresh chicken I ended waiting almost an hour! So I was not with the fam for supper! I was waiting for my super! I did not even receive an apology nothing!!! If she told me in the first place I would not have opted for a fresh salad but several minutes later she tells me and to top it off I was not even offered anything whilst waiting! Kfc service all over is pathetic! The one in brackenfell double debit me and I had to collect the money and did not even receive an apology the one in cape gate always leaves stuff out of our orders and we go there almost evey weekend! Pathetic! That's why mc ds food might but their servuice is impecable so I will rather eat their sucky food! I asked the casher at strand to call the manager she asks what are you telling me now? Wth! The manager gets there tells me its almost ready and I was there so long my husband came to get me with the baby! Pathetic!
