Disappointing Service

On my wife's birthday, 09/01/2013 we went to JD at Suncoast. Restaurant not busy. We told waiter we want two bills as we had two separate vouchers. The waiter took my voucher and Casino Card as well as my wife's voucher and Drivers License. We placed order and was informed that the sushi will take about 20 minutes, we agreed and informed him it will be OK if it is served after the main meal. After drinks served he returned, informed us its against policy that a table be shared with two vouchers and we were separated. I felt very embarrassed but never the less moved to another table with my son. A while later Manager came back and informed that a special arrangement was made and requested us to move back to the original table. I told him we are not happy with the situation and that they are embarrassing us all, but complied. The meal was horrible, Dorado ordered turned out to be Kingklip, sushi never arrived, Casino card never returned and still missing. Bill reflected sushi and it was pointed out it was never served. They rectified this after alleging my wife turned order away! Surprised with the bad experience as we normally enjoy the experience and service at JD SunCoast. Johan
