I will no longer be goin to kauai as the service totally stinks. Iv been goin to kauai benmore since 2009 I go there for a cup of coffe @ 12 and smoothie and wrap for lunch! Last week there was a daddy deals promo I purchased 24 of this for my friends. Wen we had went to collect it was such a mission for daisy. We were even told that 1 was not valid. We left it as it was a small issue. Today I had went to get my coffee and she couldn't process the puchase with my debit card. A card that I have use here many times. So I was foced to go upstairs to another coffee shop use the same card and get my coffee. Change of your staff definately ruined bussiness I will be sure to tell of my friends that go here to also stop goin here as the staff don't know what they are doing.
