Ineffeicient and a who can't keep his promise

I have been waiting and making calls to get the so called customer representative, however then whole turn around, cause i had to follow up and make calls at my own cost, it's with sadness that the soo called best brand has incompent people to deal with customers disstisfaction, and I will use everything in my power to make sure that i create awareness in every social network you can think off which will affect your reputation in a very negative, because of the embrassement and expenses I incurred calling and wasting my time.
