My son (4) and was playing in the play area at the Tygervalley Spur. I was sitting some way from this area as the Spur was quite full. An incident occurred between my child and an older child (11) which resulted in fighting. I was concerned as this child is twice the size of my lone and complained with his parents who were not understanding. The parents of this boy then entered into a discussion with the manager, complaining no doubt about me and my boy. The manager then walked to my table where I was seated with a friend in a very open area and started to give me 'the speech'. When I rebutted by stating that nobody can be sure what happened, he replied that he also has children and that the younger one also irritates the older one. I was speechless and left with the impression that pushing is acceptable if a younger child is 'irritating'. This manager obviously made up his mind that we were wrong before he reached our table. Parents with small children beware, if your child is regarded as 'irritating', and we all know any small child can be irritating at times, you may find no help if he is pushed around. In fact, I we were left with the impression that this will be welcomed
